No two students are the same and drum lessons should be no different. Each lesson is custom fit for the student to help them achieve their individual goals.

  • Just your drums and a way to film yourself. Acoustic or electric drums are both fine!

  • Electronic payment is easy with Venmo or Zelle!

  • Yes. I keep office hours on Sundays between 1-4 PM and will be available for 15 minute check-ins.

  • If a student gives 24 hours notice at least for a cancellation, I offer makeup lessons Sunday afternoons between 1-4 pm. Day of cancellations will be billed as though the lesson happened.

  • Yes! I’m happy to work around your schedule.

About Luke

After graduating from the University of North Texas, Luke moved to Chicago, where he continues to make an impact as a drummer and bandleader.  He has toured, recorded and performed with artists such as American Idol finalist Gina Glocksen, Superhappy Funtime Burlesque, and Fury. He’s shared the stage with the likes of Isaiah Sharkey, Arch Echo and The Funky Knuckles, as well as his co-led original fusion group Spocket. 

In the summer of 2020 Luke joined the instrumental prog metal powerhouse Outrun The Sunlight and recorded drums on their latest album “A Vast Field of Silence”.

Currently you can find Luke playing regularly in Chicago, hear him on weekly live streams with some of the city’s finest musicians, or follow him on instagram for play through videos, live clips and educational content.
